I started my change delivery career in the Civil Service as a Configuration Librarian for a small team of project managers delivering new IT solutions for the general public. Fifteen years later, I am a qualified, experienced Programme and Project Manager who has driven delivery of multi-million pound initiatives. There are three core values that I have developed as my unique brand in the Project Delivery profession:
Professional - I understand the importance for consistent levels of quality standards, having helped to define best practice standards and coaching/mentoring staff in the right way to get change done.
Empathetic - I understand that change impacts people in many ways and that success is often measured by the ways in which people respond to what we deliver. I have strong stakeholder management skills and I believe in striving to make change work positively for the benefit of all.
Dynamic - I understand that change is challenging, fluid and requires strong, effective controls. I also encourage collaborative working with multi-capability teams that share commons goals, information and motivations in order to achieve strategic objectives.
